Top GaultMillau chefs Noémie Bernard of Restaurant Sternen in Walchwil and Dominic Bürli of Gasthof Wildenmann in Buonas work side by side on board the Lake Zug boats on these cruises. With firm connections to the Zug region and their restaurants right on Lake Zug, the two have both been awarded 15 well-deserved GaultMillau points.

Prepare to be treated to an exquisite 5-course meal prepared by the two chefs. Both chefs serve the aperitifs together. This is followed by two or three courses depending on the signature style of the individual chef.

Cruise from 16 September

Dominic Bürli and his team are cooking a very special 4-hand dinner! He has invited an exceptional chef to help him create the evening and spoil the guests on board of the MS Rigi. Silvia Manser, the 17-point chef from Restaurant Truube in Gais, will be joining us on this cruise. True to her motto "Fresh. First class. Regional.", she and Dominic will create unique culinary moments.

Cruise from 9 December

Lean back, immerse yourself in a sea of lights and enjoy the 4-hands dinner by the two top chefs Noémie Bernard and Dominic Bürli. To round off the FineDining trips in 2024, the two of them will cook together again and provide gourmet moments.
