Lost property office

Have you left something behind on one of our boats? Our lost property office will help you to find it.

Ask by telephone or e-mail whether your item has been found and handed in. A detailed description of the item and where you think you left it is very helpful.

  • No telephone information can be given for gloves, caps and umbrellas.
  • Food cannot be stored.
  • For items found outside our ships, please ask the Zug police (easyfind.ch).
  • For items found on the train or at an SBB station: SBB lost property centre (sbb.ch/fundservice / 0800 401 401).
