The fondue classics chinoise and cheese fondue bring people closer at the same table. For us, they also bring the region of Zug closer to our guets. We source the cheese fondue from the Rust cheese dairy in Walchwil. The meat for the chinoise comes from the butcher's shop Forster in Zug and the bread is supplied by the confiserie Treichler.
